In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nano AI Song.

Information we process

Google sign-in provides your account identifier, name, email address and profile image. We store account and session information so you can sign in and access your music. We do not receive your Google password.

When you submit a generation request, we store your song title, prompt, style, lyrics, settings, task status, generated music and credit usage. Saving a draft without submitting it keeps one draft in this browser's local storage. Saving another draft replaces it; clearing browser data removes it. Local drafts do not sync between devices.

Our hosting and authentication services process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs to deliver and protect the service. If you email support, we receive your message, email address and any attachments you send.

Service providers

Google handles sign-in and the optional One Tap prompt. Supabase stores account and application records. Cloudflare hosts the site, stores generated audio privately and forwards support email to our Gmail mailbox. Kie receives submitted prompts, lyrics and generation settings to create music through its upstream services. Avoid submitting confidential information or personal information about others.

If you purchase a Song Pack or subscription, Waffo or Creem handles checkout and payment details. We store order, subscription, payment status and credit records returned by the payment provider; our checkout does not collect your full card number.

These services may process information outside your country, including the United States. Their own policies also apply to processing they control: Google, Cloudflare, Supabase and Kie.

Analytics and error reports

We use Google Analytics and Plausible (hosted at Pageview) to understand visits and actions such as starting a generation or opening checkout. Microsoft Clarity helps us review clicks, scrolling and page usability through heatmaps and masked session recordings. We configure Clarity to mask page text, including creative inputs and account information. Sentry receives error reports and code locations so we can fix technical problems.

For birthday and gift-song journeys, we record fixed categories such as the occasion, sample played and product selected. We may retain Google Analytics browser and session identifiers with a task or order to connect payment and generation outcomes to that journey. Our analytics events do not include recipient names, personal memories, lyrics, prompts, email addresses or generated audio. We remove URL query strings from pageview events and omit account data, request bodies and error details from Sentry reports. These providers may still process technical information, such as IP addresses and browser details, when receiving requests. Google Analytics uses first-party analytics cookies to distinguish browsers and connect visits and actions into sessions. Clarity is configured without analytics or advertising cookie permission. Cookies and browser storage

We use session cookies to keep you signed in, a language preference cookie, and local storage for your draft and submission recovery. We also keep birthday or gift journey categories in session storage for up to 24 hours. Google may use its own cookies or browser identity features for sign-in. Blocking them may affect login. Signing out ends your site session but does not delete your Google account, saved local draft or music records.

Storage, access and deletion

Generated tracks are stored privately and require the owning account to play or download them. Service providers and authorized members of our team may process them as needed to run the service or resolve a support request. They are not automatically published in a public gallery.

We currently keep account records, generation history and audio to provide access to your work; no fixed automatic deletion period is in place. Download music you want to keep. Backups can contain copies of these records and files. Closing a page or hiding a track does not erase stored data.

You can ask to access, correct or delete account data by email. We may verify account ownership first. We may retain records needed for security, disputes or applicable legal obligations, and will explain relevant limits when handling your request. Copies held by independent providers follow their own retention rules. We do not promise immediate removal from every backup or provider system.
