Using Nano AI Song

These terms cover nanoaisong.com. Contact support@nanoaisong.com for service questions. Signed-in users with available credits can submit music requests and access their private tracks. You must be legally able to use the service and enter into these terms where you live.

Agreement

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nano AI Song. By using the service or purchasing a Song Pack or subscription, you agree to these terms and the linked privacy and refund policies. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

Your account and material

Sign in with your own Google account and protect access to it. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Only submit lyrics, prompts and other material you created or have permission to use. Do not submit another person's confidential or personal information without permission.

You retain any rights you already hold in your original material. You authorize us and the service providers involved in generation to process that material as needed to fulfill your request, store your results and provide support. This does not transfer ownership of your original writing to us.

Music generation and usage rights

Music generation and extension use the V6 model option in KIE's AI Music API. KIE provides the third-party API used by Nano AI Song.

One generation request consumes one site credit. A successful request usually returns two tracks; output length, quality and exact adherence to your instructions can vary. Confirmed failed tasks return the deducted credit. If a submission's outcome is uncertain, contact support rather than repeatedly submitting it.

Nano AI Song permits you to use music generated through the service in commercial projects, including monetized videos, advertisements, podcasts and games, to the extent of the rights we can grant. You must have the necessary rights to your lyrics and other input materials and comply with applicable law and upstream provider terms. This permission does not transfer rights belonging to third parties, including rights in existing songs, voices, brands or likenesses.

AI outputs may resemble other works. We do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright protection, clearance of third-party rights or acceptance by music distributors. You remain responsible for the rights needed for your intended use.

Song Packs, subscriptions and billing

Song Pack is a one-time $4.90 purchase for 5 generation credits, before applicable taxes. It does not renew automatically. Credits expire 30 days after payment confirmation; each pack has its own expiry and does not change an existing subscription.

The pricing page and checkout show the total charge and billing period. Monthly subscriptions issue a monthly generation allowance. Annual subscriptions charge the full year upfront and issue credits monthly. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through Billing. Canceling stops future renewals and is separate from requesting a refund. Applicable taxes appear at checkout. The Refund policy explains eligibility, request deadlines and exceptions. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Acceptable use and availability

Do not submit, request, generate or share:

• Pornographic, sexually explicit or NSFW content.
• Graphic violence, gore, threats or content promoting violence.
• Hate speech or content promoting discrimination against protected groups.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child exploitation or other content that sexualizes or endangers minors.
• Deepfakes, impersonation or unauthorized imitation of a real person's voice or identity.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or another person's privacy or publicity rights.

These restrictions apply to prompts, lyrics, other submitted material and generated music. Unlawful activity, unauthorized account access and disruption of the service are also prohibited. We may reject requests, restrict or remove content, or suspend accounts and their access to generation allowance when addressing violations. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

To report suspected content violations, email support@nanoaisong.com with the subject Content report. Include the track URL or task identifier, the suspected violation and relevant context. Do not attach illegal or exploitative material.

We review reports against these terms and may ask for more information. Reports involving suspected child exploitation or immediate threats receive priority. We may restrict disputed content while reviewing it and take the actions described above if we find a violation. We may contact you about the outcome where appropriate; reply to the same email thread to follow up.

Generation and storage depend on external services and may be interrupted. Keep your own copies of important work. Browser drafts can be lost when local storage is cleared and are not an account backup. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular creative result. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Account closure and complaints

You can request account closure by emailing support. Cancel recurring billing separately in Billing; signing out does not cancel a subscription. Data requests are handled under our Privacy policy.

If you believe material on the service violates your rights, send support the relevant URL or track identifier, a description of the right involved and your contact details. We may restrict disputed material while reviewing the request.

Disputes

Contact support first about a dispute. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer protections or access to remedies and courts guaranteed by applicable law.

Privacy and changes

The Privacy policy explains how account information, inputs and results are handled. We may update these terms as features change. Review the terms and usage rights shown before purchasing a plan or using a new feature.
